Here at Country Dachshund Kennel we take pride in offering beautiful, quality miniature dachshund puppies for sale. Our dachshund puppies come with AKC registration either Full (breeding rights) or Limited ( Pet only with spay or neuter contract) or Pet Only with no AKC papers. Our puppies are well socialized and come pre-spoiled. They get lots of attention from the whole family on a daily basis. Every precaution has been made to insure that your puppy is in good health. They will be current on deworming beginning at 2 weeks of age and have their first puppy shot at 6 weeks of age It is buyers responsibility to follow up on necessary shots and deworming. Puppies go to their new homes with a "Puppy Pack" containing training and tip information, health record, and a food sample. All sales are final! You must have your new puppy examined by your Vet within 3 days of delivery to validate the health guarantee. Seller is not responsible for any Vet bills after buyer takes possession of the dog. If puppy is proven by a licensed Vet to have a fatal genetic defect, upon receipt of written confirmation from Vet on his office stationary, puppy price will be refunded less nonrefundable deposit, or traded for puppy of equal value, sellers choice. All shipping fees are buyers responsibility. Seller is not responsible for any bacteria, fungus, viruses or protazoa, or parasites, that are not in the control of either seller or buyer. Your puppy is being sold for pet quality only and cannot be guaranteed for show quality. No guarantees are made on your puppies size, trainability, coat, color, alopecia, or breeding ability. I do not knowingly sell to Pet Stores, Puppy Mills or Pet Brokers!
A minimum deposit of $100.00 will hold any available puppy of your choice if priced below $500, if cost is over $500, then a $200 deposit will be required. Deposits are accepted in cash if made in person only.You may use Pay-Pal and pay by credit card for deposit only . Click on the link below, or go to www.paypal.com and use my e-mail address as the payee. Or you can send a Postal money order, Western Union, or a Money Gram (available at Wal-Mart) Deposits are nonrefundable. Puppy price must be paid in full by 8 weeks of age. And puppies must be paid in full before being released to their new owners. Shipping charges must also be paid by 8 weeks so flight arrangements can be made. If you made your deposit using PayPal and you want your puppy shipped to you, balance due must be paid in full by using a Postal Money Order for any remaining balance due before puppy will be shipped. For local pick up or delivery a cash payment is required for any remaining balance owed, No checks accepted for final payment.
If you decide you want a dachshund puppy, e-mail or call me at 361-935-3296 to make sure the puppy you're interested in is still available. You must speak to me before sending a deposit! I will hold your puppy for 5 days while waiting to receive your deposit in the mail.
Shipping is also available at buyers expense for an additional $275.00 which covers airfare, crate, and required health certificate. Two dachshund pups may be shipped in the same crate if under 3 months of age for $300.00. Additional cost would be for an additional health certificate. All airfare is subject to change at any time. (Rising fuel costs!) Shipping is available using Continental, Delta , or American Airlines. During summer months, pets can only be shipped on Continental, other airlines will not ship if the temperature rises above 85* or higher. As long as there's available space on board. You may call Continental Pet Desk @ 1-800-575-3335 or Delta Dash- Pets First @ 1-888-736-3738 for more info. Please check with your local airport to see if they have live cargo shipping available.
Seller is not responsible for shipping charges for any reason! I will deliver pups locally only, at my discretion, meet you a reasonable distance, at my discretion.
In the event of any litigation, cases will only be heard in Jackson County, TX . Dachshund Breeder will be awarded $500 and buyer will be responsible for all court costs and attorney fees.
