Here at Country Dachshund Kennel we take pride in offering beautiful, quality miniature dachshund puppies for sale. Our dachshund puppies come with AKC registration either Full (breeding rights) or Pet Only with no AKC papers. Our puppies are well socialized and come pre-spoiled. They get lots of attention from the whole family on a daily basis. Every precaution has been made to insure that your puppy is in good health. They will be current on deworming beginning at 2 weeks of age and have their first puppy shot before leaving here at 8 weeks of age. It is buyers responsibility to follow up on necessary shots and deworming. Puppies go to their new homes with a "Puppy Pack" containing training and tip information, health record, and a food sample. All sales are final! You must have your new puppy examined by your Vet within 3 days of delivery to validate the health guarantee. Seller is not responsible for any Vet bills after buyer takes possession of the dog. If puppy is proven by a licensed Vet to have a fatal genetic defect, upon receipt of written confirmation from Vet on his office stationary, said puppy will be traded for puppy of equal value, sellers choice. No cash refunds will be given for any reason. Seller is not responsible for any bacteria, fungus, viruses or protazoa, or parasites, that are treatable. Your puppy is being sold for pet quality only and cannot be guaranteed for show quality. No guarantees are made on your puppies size, trainability, coat, color, alopecia, or breeding ability. I do not knowingly sell to Pet Stores, Puppy Mills or Pet Brokers!

A minimum deposit of $100.00 will hold any available puppy of your choice if priced below $500, if cost is over $500, then a $200 deposit will be required. Deposits are accepted in cash if made in person only.You may use Pay-Pal and pay by credit card for deposit only . Or you can send a Postal money order, Western Union, or a Money Gram (available at Wal-Mart) Deposits are nonrefundable. Puppy price must be paid in full by 8 weeks of age. And puppies must be paid in full before being released to their new owners. For local pick up or delivery a cash payment is required for any remaining balance owed, No checks accepted for final payment. We also now accept Cash App for payments.

If you decide you want a dachshund puppy, e-mail or call me at 361-935-3296 to make sure the puppy you're interested in is still available. You must speak to me before sending a deposit! I will hold your puppy for 5 days while waiting to receive your deposit in the mail.

I will deliver pups locally only, at my discretion, meet you a reasonable distance, at my discretion.

In the event of any litigation, cases will only be heard in Jackson County, TX . Dachshund Breeder will be awarded $500 and buyer will be responsible for all court costs and attorney fees.
